The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Bathroom with shower and sink and good old-fashioned outhouse. Access to jetty and 1 parking space. About 60 meters to walk from the car. Two kayaks for rent and you can paddle a trip over to Tromlingene or inwards Alvekilen to the sandy beach Lille Danmark. A very quiet and peaceful area that is suitable for a small family or a quiet couple. Animals allowed.

Sørland house located right by a lake where both morning and evening baths can be enjoyed. Short distance to the sea with the possibility to borrow an archipelago jeep. Sun from morning to evening. 100 m from the house there is a great hiking trail that goes in the woods and around a lake. Short distance to the store and Kilsund Marina, as well as a lovely summer restaurant with all rights. (2 km) If you want to visit a city, Tvedestrand (12 min) and Arendal (20 min) are not far away. 1 hour to the Zoo in Kristiansand.

Apartment by the lake on scenic Buøya.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a small paddle trip inshore. About 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach that is 100 meters away is a favorite place. Possibility for the children to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car chargers

Southern Norway at its best! A cozy lake house of 90 sqm with nice outdoor and indoor spaces, and a private jetty with bathing stairs. Here you can be active or relax with the family with immediate access to the sea and the archipelago. The cabin is located on Tverdalsøya in the middle between Arendal and Tvedestrand with road all the way up and parking 200m away. Kilsund is about 3 km away with a shop, gas station and marina. Comes with SUP (only in summer), kayak and it is possible to rent a boat separately.

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.

Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

New cabin (2022) with high standard and particularly nice and sheltered location. The cabin is located a few meters from the lake and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has many outdoor spaces and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, at Sandum Bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cottage's plot for parking on the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.

If you want a holiday in Sørlandet right by beautiful Nidelva, this is the place. The cabin is beautifully located by Nidelva, 7 km from Arendal and 15 km from Grimstad. Nidelva has 3 outlets to the sea, where one flows out at Arendal city centre and the other two flow out towards Torungen lighthouse. There is little movement in the river in the summer as the cabin is located at sea level.
