Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and fantastic views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Secluded holiday home, forest and the sea.

The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely undisturbed, it is 200 meters to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large wardrobe in the bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of extra mattress. There's a coffee maker in the kitchen. Child-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow a cot. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child . Sofa bed can be turned out, but unfortunately is very hard. Parking right outside. No electricity. Car charging, but charging stations close by

Swimming area only 5 minutes walk away. Includes: Bright and airy living room with high ceilings, modern kitchen, two bedrooms, tiled bathroom and laundry room. Porch by the entrance with morning sun and on the front with evening sun.
