The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

A simple and peaceful place in a neighbourhood with a central location, overlooking the city - so there are hills :) Villa Fridlykka is a cosy little house a few minutes from the centre, where you can combine shopping, boat trips to the islands and beach life at the guest harbour. The house dates back to 1880, so it has its own character and charm, with more recent upgrades and projects in progress. Low ceiling, so you have to be shorter. Patio and a small garden with access to barbecue set you free in a downtown oasis. P 50 metres before the house

The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Many great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a cozy TV area, a refrigerator, a kitchenette with an electric kettle, and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra 100 NOK per day.

The apartment is rural located on a courtyard, with a horse garden close to the apartment. Rowboat and jetty are included to visit the Tromlingene nature reserve as well as the archipelago. Motor can be rented for an additional fee. It is only a short walk to Skarestrand, and many nice hiking areas around us.

Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.
