The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

The cabin has beautiful lake views, sun until it sets and you hear the sea hitting the rocks. The cabin is easy to maintain and well equipped. The cabin is located on the inside of the archipelago Tromlingene with Raet National Park as the nearest neighbor. On Tromlingene there are beautiful sandy beaches and nice to hike. The cabin is a good place to be with nature right into the living room.

Welcome to Sørlandshuset by the sea with fantastic views and good sun conditions. Find rest and recharge your batteries with a morning swim in Tromøysund or enjoy the view with a cup of coffee on your own jetty. The house has a berth and a private boathouse where you can enjoy long summer evenings or cuddle up under a blanket and enjoy the sea view. Parking with space for two cars. Central location with good public transport to Arendal city center. Short walking distance to grocery stores, cafe, restaurant and gym.

Cozy cabin in Skarestrand on Tromøy with its own rowboat and jetty that gives you the opportunity to experience RAET nature reserve and the archipelago. Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is located a few minutes walk (about 250 meters) from the lake and all facilities. The jetty is within walking distance, but you can also drive. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several beaches nearby. It is possible to rent a heated sauna right next to the cabin. Parking spaces are included.

The house is centrally located in rural surroundings and a short distance to the lake. 3 Parking spaces, close to the road, sheltered patio with very good sun conditions Vikkilen: 5 min walk Grimstad city: 5 min drive Arendal: 15 min drive (frequent bus connections both ways right by) The zoo, water park and Sørlandsparken: 30 min drive. Golf course, hiking areas and many beaches/swimming facilities nearby.

Downtown Sørland house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic goods will be available for free disposal. Everyone who rents with us is greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Volleyballnett, croquet, fiskestenger, fiskeutstyr, krabbefiskeutstyr, grill etc medfølger. Internett og strøm er inkludert. P-plass til 2 biler. Båt (Pioner maxi 13 fot med 9.9hk) er tilgjengelig i sommersesongen. I skoleferien leies huset ut på ukesbasis (søndag -søndag)

Located 50 meters from the sea in Strømsbuneset which is a quiet and downtown bay just 1 km from the center of Arendal. Fully furnished with all the equipment. Includes bed linen and towels. Partying is not allowed, as it has to be taken into account for neighbours. Not allowed with animals.

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3,150 vines were planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
