Perfect location for us as close to family. But it’s a great location outside of the city centre - could see deers in the garden.

Bjørg is a pleasant host who responds quickly to inquiries and is on the offer page. We were a group of students at study gathering. The house was therefore a nice fit with a lot of space to sit and work in the two atmispheric living rooms, and useful with several towels, washing machine and good beds. The best thing about the house is a big fantastic bathroom and that it is centrally located in the city. Two things to keep in mind is that it is an old decent wooden house, so there is listening and the stairs are steep, but this didn't matter for us.. Thank you for a nice stay!

Nice to have your own little house. Everything in good condition. 100 meters to bus stop so easy to get to town. Short distance to shop.

Our vacation in Norway was really great - Anne's great house also contributed to this. Even with eight people, it was big enough that everyone felt comfortable. There are small seats everywhere, all couples had their own room. The kitchen and living room are really very cozy - the garden and location are fantastic!!! Definitely recommend the place.

Martin and Kaja answered my questions before I wanted to ask them. The location of the house is wonderful, it is secluded and quiet and yet close to the center. You can explore the surrounding area on foot and for more activities you can drive by car. There is also a bus stop, the water can be reached within 60 seconds, the neighbors are friendly. We felt at home right from the start. You can also see that something is constantly being done at the house, so according to my forecast, the house can never get into a run-down condition. I am very happy with our stay and give 5 stars in all categories ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can really recommend this place! Clean, homey, good communication with the host, in a quiet and nice neighborhood and only 5 minutes to walk to the bus and then 15 min by bus to Arendal city center. Very cozy patio on the porch. There were 6 of us staying in this house to attend Arendalsuka and it felt spacious. The host responded quickly to questions we had both in advance of the visit and during the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay in Anitas house. The flat is very nice with enough space and you have quite a beautiful view on the water from the bedroom, which I really enjoyed. It is also perfectly located in the centre of the city, so that you can easily reach everything. Very much recommended!

A very cosy and well put together apartment with all necessities and a perfect short walking distance into town. We had nice weather and also enjoyed the outside patio. Would recommend!

We came to a clean and neat apartment. It is very centrally located, within short walking distance to the city center. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a great weekend in Arendal. The host responded quickly to any questions and was very accommodating. A very nice accommodation at a very reasonable price to be Arendalsuka and only a shorter taxi ride away. The accommodation was neat and fresh and very homely. Everything practical worked well, as well as good service from and communication with the host.

Needed a place to stay for a film festival and this place worked perfectly. Very affordable, clean and tidy and good furniture. The host was solid on communication and flexible, and I was welcomed with snacks and extra duvet pack. Is a bit away from the center of Grimstad but are several bus opportunities and if you have a car, there is a non-issue. Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy apartment with everything needed. Great with a wood-burning stove!

Nice apartment, perfectly suitable for couples with one child. Great location and lovely view right towards the water in quiet and cozy small house buildings, with small public bathing jetty with stairs just below. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and patio, good beds. Some small things could be improved: - It works bad to tell that the key is under the mat when there is no mat in front of the door, which had a little more accuracy in communication been preferable. I guess we got to notice help immediately when we called. - It smells a little musty from the kitchen sinks, something should be done about that. Otherwise, it smelled a bit of scented candles in the apartment when we arrived, we could have been outside. - We couldn't get the TV or wifi to work, and the contact person couldn't help, where guests should get clear instructions. However, these are small houses. You should be quite cross and difficult not to enjoy yourself here.

This was good! We felt very well taken care of by an incredibly nice host both before, during and after the stay. It was easy to find the apartment. Great house with all amenities we needed, clean and cozy. Stayed great on and within walking distance of most of it. The host responded quickly to inquiries. We were four adults with three kids. We were very happy and would like to rent there another time.

my family of 10 stayed here for 2 weeks for my wedding (In which I came often and stayed). I can't say enough about this location and the host. The pictures were already beautiful, but when you get there it's much better than it looks. Eirin was extremely helpful, and proactive and very quick at responding. always checking if everything was okay, and making sure our stay was as good as could be. She was very understanding of our personal situation and adapted to many different unexpected changes. She made the boat and fishing equipment available to us too which was a huge bonus. easily the best host I've had yet!
