The home is centrally located, short walking distance to Fevik's finest beach. Fevik is surrounded by beautiful hiking areas and nice beaches. Fevik is located between Grimstad and Arendal and a short distance to both these towns. In about 30 minutes you are in the zoo in Kristiansand. The house has 3 bedrooms in the main house, and a garden room that is used as an extra room. 2 of the bedrooms in the main house have double beds, one of the rooms has a 120 cm bed. The summer living room has a double bed. Cuddly cats live permanently in the house, must be fed by those who rent.

There is also a short distance to playground and open space with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the veranda door is a small sandbox for children, as well as a lush garden that can be used together with the host. Kristiansand Zoo is only 25 minutes drive away. The annex has a simple standard, but all the amenities needed for short stays.
