The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. Vikaveien 8 is a small southland house, fully renovated in 2018/2019. With original pine floors and beamed ceilings, as well as lovely timber and brick walls in the living room that give the place a charming glow. The house has a new kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a new, delicate bathroom with shower. The place is well situated on a steep hill, has sun from morning to evening and views of water and boating. On the bottom is the place's dock with its own swimming ladder. Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.
