The beach, the dunes and Amsterdam are also easily accessible. Everything is completely new and equipped with every comfort. The perfect base for exploring Alkmaar and its surroundings.

Wat leuk dat u geïnteresseerd bent. We geven u graag tips: Kom kijken bij de museum molen, heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, varen, vissen of rij in 30 min naar het strand. Slaapt u in de extra lange elektrische boxspring of gezellig in het stapelbed? Zelfs de bank kan uitgeklapt worden als slaapbank voor een relaxte tv avond+massagestoel. Het is altijd al onze droom geweest om een B&B te beginnen. We zijn heel dankbaar dat we dit historische pand hebben mogen kopen, opknappen en u mogen verwelkomen.

Wokke apartment at the lake is geweldig gelegen aan het Uitgeestermeer. Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

At the end of a dead-end road at the bottom of the dike overlooking the "Eilandspolder" nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from the "de Havik" mill, hidden between the reeds and right on the ring canal, is the "De Smid" vacation home. 30-minute drive from Amsterdam Noord. 30-minute drive from the Noord Zeestrand. The culinary and shopping events are also at a high level. You will be in the cultural heritage of Schermer, Beemster or Bergen/Schoorl in 5 minutes. As if that were not all, many people come to the ideal location in relation to the beach, forest and dunes.

You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.
