Quietly located upper (4th) floor studio apartment in the Jordaan district is this cosy place for 2, with a fully fitted kitchen. It’s in a typical Amsterdam building so reaching the apartment only by stairs. The apartment is completely private and centered on a comfortably living room with ample seating and a TV. The compact kitchen is great for cooking all sorts of meals, and the bed is elevated can be reached by some stairs (see pictures). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

The apartment is located on the lower floor of a typical Amsterdam 'canal house' (Dutch: Grachtenhuis) dating back to 1665. In the characteristic place you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in Amsterdam. There is separate bedroom with 2 comfortable beds .
