Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

House of 100 years old is under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

Quiet and centrally located garden bungalow

Our quietly located garden bungalow in Castricum offers space for a family with 1 child + baby or up to 3 adults + baby. Standard price is for 2 people; an extra adult is €30 per night; a baby (0-2 years) is €10 per night. All rooms are on the ground floor, and part of the garden (including furniture) is available to guests. The house is 5 km from the beach and 400 meters from the train station. Good connections to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Hoorn, Utrecht or Zandvoort.

The Willemsschuur is quiet and rural, located on the NH canal. Renovated apartment with private entrance, with private roof terrace. The Lodge is close to the center of Alkmaar and the beach of Bergen or Egmond. Also enjoy walking in the dunes in Schoorl.

Where you will also find the best local bars and restaurants. It’s close to several boutiques, restaurants and cafes can be found in the immediate vicinity.

It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and trendiest restaurants in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water. The entire house is new and high-quality finished.
