Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Windmill Maurik Betuwe Gelderland

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
