Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

A magical experience in the middle of nature. This round red cedar yurt is tucked away on a sunny hill in the woods. In the evening, you will be treated to the sun setting over the Mookerheide, to be admired from your private deck terrace. Sleep under a large domed roof with all the facilities in the house. A place with character, unique in the Netherlands. Here you quickly feel at home and you will find the tranquility you are looking for. The perfect setting for romantic moments and mindful enjoyment. Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Private entrance, on the ground floor and located on the forest. 2 km away from the authentic old town of Goedereede with its cozy inner harbor and terraces. Ouddorp is known for its beach clubs. Beds made and towels provided.

Studio located on the canal in historic Edam. MAXIMUM 2 people! Wonderful hiking, rent an electric boat to sail through the canal, swimming in the IJsselmeer or with a bicycle to rent on the road. Special shops within walking distance. Not to mention the culinary offers of the in surrounding places such as Volendam, Monnickendam and a pancake in Broek. Cultural trip to Amsterdam? Reachable by bus in just half an hour. Quietly enjoy the waterfront, also an option.

We invite you to our beautiful wooden house. Warm up by the wood stove or splash in the hot tub. You can enjoy the tranquility and space of the Brabant countryside here, a short distance from Den Bosch. The house is behind our own house but gives complete privacy and has views over the small meadow with chickens. Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. Villa-Vida is ontworpen en gebouwd in 2020. In het ontwerp is rekening gehouden met een echte bosbeleving. Door je te begeven in de luxe zitarena, zittend in een grote lederen bank kun je genieten van het mooie bos, de verschillende boskleuren en ontzettend veel verschillende vogelgeluiden. In de schemer spot je regelmatig reetjes, hertjes, konijntjes en soms een vos.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
