Cabin holiday rentals in Netherlands

Some cottages are just cottages. And some are silences in which you find words. This was one of them. Received with two beers. No welcome folder with rules, but a lighter by the hot tub and a feeling of: "you are exactly right as you arrive here." The view? Horses. Grass. Breath. The smell? Wood fire. Coffee. Spicy memories of last night. The vibe? Between flights and coming home. I came here to write. To be alone. And to close a chapter. Mission accomplished. Gelmer and Nienke have built something that works. Not because it's big, but because it's the right size. Every detail feels like it's been chosen with care, from the record player to the bed in which I actually slept like a man without deadlines. Tip for the next guest: bring something you can let go of. We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Angela's place. The cabin is in a beautiful, peaceful area with a large private garden. The cabin has everything you might need for a comfortable & relaxing break. We enjoyed the hot tub & watching all of the nature in the garden. We would love to come back again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed. What a wonderful place! Beautiful B&B, everything looked neat. And Maaike is a TOP hostess, you can ask her anything and she helps with everything. Highly recommended! We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden, we will definitely come back here.

We enjoyed Kirsten's cottage. We booked the cottage for our Honeymoon, and it is really a romantic place. It is wonderfully quiet, you can enjoy the birds and sounds of the forest. The house is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The conservatory was very cozy, with the fireplace, really a nice place. We made good use of the spa: sauna, outdoor shower and hot tub. Floating and bubbling in the hot tub was a favourite. And the bed slept really wonderfully, which is nice! Norg is in a beautiful setting. Easily accessible by bicycle, which you can use at the cottage. The contact with Kirsten went very well, she responds immediately when you have a question. She had arranged a lovely welcome package for us. We enjoyed it and would love to come back.

It was a nice place to stay. Beautiful on the linge. Delicious jacuzzi, a party to light yourself with blocks of wood. Delightful cozy private place. The area is great for walking and cycling. Cute place within walking distance of eateries. Kiona was always friendly and ready to help us. Totally fine.

we had 2 super fun days in Stefan's wellness. Spakenburg is very cozy and fun to walk through. We especially enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. The cottage was very clean and everything was present. Thanks Stefan! Regards Cynthia and Mathijs

Johan is a nice and friendly host. In addition, extremely flexible. The cottage is beautifully located in nature and is easily found. Also many options for following beautiful walking and cycling routes. The bathroom and kitchen are simple which is fine. There is a heater available which contributes to the “forest feeling”. We have completely relaxed.

We spent a wonderful week in the little cottage. The space is perfectly sufficient for two people. Everything very clean. Location is great. Everything is within walking distance. Parking right by the house. Communication with Rosanne was exemplary. We would definitely book there again.

Heaven on earth! Total privacy with plenty of outdoor space and nature.

We had a short break in the woods at Lucinda's gingerbread house. She was very communicative, thought of everything, and our kids felt right at home. All they wanted to do was trampoline and pick wild blueberries. I appreciated how much thought Lucinda put into her home and describing important things. Views from every window were green and full of life, and plenty of places to walk. Also the quietest bike paths I've ever been on were great for pushing the carriage to the next blueberry patch.

We made some unforgettable memories because we were able to stay in their beautiful place. We will definitely come back.

The cottage is packed with amenities. Good speakers for nice music (thanks for the CDs there!), the view is really a 10 and through the fenced garden the dog could be lovely outside. Recommended!

This place is a real treasure. The house itself and the garden are absolutely beautiful, very cozy and clean and everything is attended to. Right from the beginning you can see and feel the love and work that Rose is putting into it. You‘ll find a lovely place in lovely surroundings out in the Dutch country side, but still close to everything „touristic“ you might want to do and see. The place is also perfect if you travel with your dog, since it‘s fully fenced and there‘s beautiful walking possibilities all around you. Rose and her family are very friendly, welcoming and always helpfull if needed. In short: We really enjoyed our stay together with our dogs and can fully hearted recommend it to anyone, anytime.

we stayed here over Easter weekend. The house was clean and fully equipped for our 6 month old with a bed, baby bath, highchair and awesome playmat. great kitchen with everything you need. The beautiful garden give lots of privacy and there are lots of lovely birds to see. Would definitely recommend.

We had 4 great days in the beautiful house. The great thing is that it's super usable in both good and bad weather and invites you to simply relax. Fireplace and sauna for rainy days, the large terrace for hot days. Really recommended. 🍀 In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, so you can start cooking right away.

What a nice stay! The cottage was cozy, clean and equipped with every comfort. The quiet environment was perfect for a break. It was extra nice that I was allowed to check in a little earlier - that small gesture made a big difference for me. The host, Susan was friendly and thoughtful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I'd love to come back here again!

Really a very nice cottage! Nicely decorated and comfortable. Super nice garden around it so you really feel completely away for a while and yet you are in Lochem close to amenities. Wieneke was very friendly and attentive. For our son there was a camp bed and a box rug. Very nice! Breakfast was extensive and tasty local fresh products!

The cabin is simply a dream in the middle of the countryside! So lovingly made and you can relax so wonderfully and let your mind wander. Just as beautiful as in the photos, so definitely recommended! It is wonderfully quiet, but you can also be in the next town in a few minutes. The apartment is clean and cozy and you have what you need. I'm sure we'll be back! Judith and Juul are so nice and helpful, that's not a given! :)

The holiday cottage has everything you need. We enjoyed the time in the house and on the terrace or in the garden very much. You can even watch deer from your bed. Cars and small planes can be heard in the garden, but that was not disturbing. The breakfast provided was great and plentiful. Gerko and Patrick are great hosts and also give tips for activities and restaurants nearby. We'll be back!

We had a great week in Tjeerd and Laurie's lodge. The accommodation is modern and tastefully decorated and the surrounding garden offers optimal privacy. The view of the horses (care) is very beautiful and fun. There is a wonderful bed, nice shower, washing machine and dishwasher, in short, all the luxuries. Tjeerd responded quickly and kindly to our questions. The surrounding area provides a lot of peace and relaxation. In a short half hour, we walked to the beach every day with beautiful luxury beach restaurants. In short, thank you Tjeerd and Laurie and we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful week at the Duinstudio. Particularly noteworthy is the equipment, everything is available, from kitchen accessories to the equipment in the bathroom with plenty of towels, bath mat, etc. A warm welcome from Annelies, who was always there to help. We really enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden after a bike ride or a hike. Here, too, everything is well prepared, nice seating areas, charcoal for the grill, wood for the garden fireplace. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

A nice place to unwind. No frills, just everything you need. Even Gazelle bicycles were available. Simply great. I immediately felt comfortable.
