Cosy, fresh, modern private studio appartement with airco and canal view in the museum area next to the popular area ‘the Pijp’. This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

With shop windows and original floors, this tiny-house-within-a-house is offering all for a lovely getaway. Beautifully renovated by the owner itself, the loft is the perfect hideout in the middle of the old central district of Tilburg, boasting many shops, restaurants and bars. A comfortable loft fully decorated for 3 persons, and that on only 25m2!

The nature in the area is beautiful. The ideal beach vacation, (kite)surf vacation or enjoy the nature in the area.

Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
