What an outstanding stay! Yasemin's home was exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect! We had the pleasure of meeting Yasemin and she was just the most delightful, informative, communicative host. When we arrived the house was pristine. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The chair with the white seat you see in photos? That chair is THE best people watching spot morning or night. Watch the boats go by the canal with your coffee in the morning. Then head out and you're in the middle of everything (but it's not at all loud, it's a very peaceful space). It was just a very special stay because Yasemin is a top-notch host with a location that cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Nice place to stay, close to public transportation

We had four great days in the accommodation (three of us). The location of the accommodation is excellent, in a busy area and yet somewhat secluded, as it is above the harbour basin. The view from the roof terrace is super beautiful in the morning, as well as in the evening. Spacious apartment with space. In the kitchen block, a few things are missing (cutting board, sieve) and there is no real oven, only a large multifunctional device with grill function and microwave. The excursion destinations are super diverse and there is something for everyone (sporting activities on the water and outside), trips to Amsterdam or Utrecht, bike tours, museums... Catherine or the colleagues from the port office are always available during the day if you have any questions. Note: The accommodation can only be reached via an external spiral staircase. The apartment is in a great location, about 10-15 mins walk from the central station, Nieuwmarkt, Rembrandtplein etc. The apartment itself is funky and has lots of art and souvenirs from their travels around the world which makes it interesting and feel like home. There is a great view across the canal and two balconies. The facilities are just as described with everything you need for a few days or more. We were welcomed by the owner’s son who was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for your time in Amsterdam. Thanks for a great stay!

An absolutely perfect location from which to enjoy the city! It's a short tram ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and lovely canal views. In the summer, being on the top floor may make the inside a bit too warm, but the windows open wide and the rooftop outdoor patio is large, surprisingly quiet, and perfect for relaxation, eating, and conversation if the weather is nice. In other words, the true Amsterdam canal-house stair climb is well worth the effort. Overall a very comfortable studio flat, good wifi connection, and a responsive and respectful host. We had an absolutely wonderful three-day stay in Amsterdam! Tanju was incredibly welcoming and warm from the moment we arrived. He took the time to recommend many places to visit, from must-see tourist spots to lesser-known local gems. Thanks to his advice, we were really able to fully enjoy our stay and discover unique aspects of the city. The apartment was impeccable, comfortable and perfectly located, which made getting around very easy. Again, thank you for this exceptional experience. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this host without a second thought!

Great spot to stay in for what we needed! Staying for a couple of nights before heading off fishing about 90 mins away. Easy to access Amsterdam, 3 stops on the train and 5 min walk to station. Chi’s place was great. Boss games room and loads of space to chill and relax. Will definitely be back 👍🏻

We stayed at Shirley's place in Bussum for just under two weeks, and it was fantastic. The home is exactly as depicted—lovely, cozy, and spread across three floors plus a basement. It's essentially a duplex, but we never heard any noise from the neighboring unit. The kitchen was well-equipped for light evening cooking, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Accessing the home was easy. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Bussum-Zuid NS train station. There's also a 109 bus route nearby. The area has much to explore: a nature preserve to the south with a small café, a shopping district to the northwest, and an Albert Heijn for groceries—indispensable! The neighborhood is quiet, with protected bike lanes and sidewalks. Cars almost always stop for pedestrians and cyclists. You'll see people young and old cycling late at night. It's a very safe area! Shirley is an excellent host—responsive and helpful. This place is a great choice for families, offering a good value.

A small but clean apartment on 2 floors in a quiet environment. A mini garden/terrace. 7 min. to the nearest tram stop and then about 25 min to the center. Aldi and Jumbo - about 7-8 min walk. The communication with Antonio and Fiecke was perfect!

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

This house is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It truly feels like visiting a close Dutch friend. The neighborhood is stunning—like a fairytale. The streets and houses are full of greenery and charm, a true delight to the eyes. The house is filled with family warmth and clever little touches. It was spotless and perfectly prepared for a comfortable stay. We were truly amazed by the welcome. When we walked in, we found a generous selection of delicious food. Fresh flowers were beautifully arranged around the house. Peter was incredibly friendly, we really appreciate his effort! He was always available, and we’re grateful for such a warm welcome. The garden deserves its own praise—it’s like a scene from a postcard. Sitting there with a cup of tea and enjoying the fresh air was pure joy. The location is excellent. Beautiful, scenic coastline is just a short drive away. Staying in this home was like stepping into a cozy, magical world. We truly hope to return someday! 🫶

First of all the host is incredibly welcoming and proactive. He is very communicative and responsive to all your needs. Also he is very flexible with the check in and check out times. In addition, it is an amazing home that is near all the facilities you need to make your vacation a perfect one. Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance as is the supermarket and public transportation is easy accessible. The house was spotless and even better than pictured in listing. The host left us a wonderful welcome present to make us feel at home. In addition the house was stocked with all the necessities. In summary the house is filled with top-notch amenities, has an amazing location and an incredible host to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation. We definitely will be back in the near future.

We cannot reccomend this place enough, Tanja was super helpful, answered all our questions and was always ready to help with any queries that we had. The house looked better than the photos and had everything that we needed. Tanja was there to greet us and show us round the house, we really appreciated it alot. The pool was the highlight of our trip and the kids loved jumping in each morning, the kittens where adorable and we enjoyed feeding and playing with them. Everything else was thought of from extra towels, games for kids, clean comfortable beds and even the hammocks outside to relax in. we loved every moment of being there and would HIGHLY reccomend anyone to stay there. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable. The area is super peaceful with cows and horses around and just a short drive to neighbouring town there are many activities for the kids. Tanja left a full albumn of activities for us to do in the area which was so helpful. 5+ Star host.

We were in Amersfoort for an extended weekend and were allowed to be guests in the beautiful house of Anne-Sophie and her family. Everything was well prepared and the key handover worked smoothly. The house is cozy and we felt immediately comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Thanks to very good mattresses in all beds, we also slept great. The house is centrally located and is about 500 m from the main train station and about 2 km from the city center and you can reach everything on foot. In any case, I recommend this house and Amersfoort is worth a trip anyway!
