Perfect holiday apartment, highly recommended! There are three comfortable bedrooms, a clean and tidy large kitchen, fully equipped with kitchenware, equipped with microwave, oven, toaster and large refrigerator, as well as commonly used seasonings, suitable for cooking all local dishes. There are two clean bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, and there is a washing machine, dryer and clothes hanger outside. Great location, just 200m from the beach, spacious balcony with views of the beach and palm trees on the street with tropical vibes. About 400m to Aldi and Can Picafort bus stop, easy to get around and lots of shopping. There are lots of restaurants around with great reviews on Google Maps and Xiaohongshu. Here you can comfortably enjoy a slow life full of sun and food. I will stay here again next time I come to Mallorca.

We loved the apartment, this super well located 1 block from the beach and the area is quiet. The apartment has everything to cook, they thought of every detail. First time I stay in a place that has everything a guest may need. We felt happy there and very nice detail that Juan left us a biscuit, fruit and wine for our arrival. I would stay in this property always!!! I loved Alcudia and the apartment is fantastic. Thank you !!

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

Thank you! We loved this apartment! Perfect in every way! Walkable to everything. So nice having a washer and dryer. Supermarket very close. We enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony with a glass of wine before out for some great food (steps away). Fun hanging out at the beach all day!

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! The apartment was very clean and is in an excellent location. The front balcony looks out on the beach and the harbour. It is a lovely spot to start the day. There is also a rear balcony that catches the late sun. Overall an excellent apartment

Manuel provided lots of information regarding location/access. He also shared lots of restaurant recommendations, some hiking information and suggestions about things to do. Always very helpful and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was good.

Very well equipped and pleasant. Very friendly and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay so much! Only small downside, there was a small sewer smell in the bathroom... otherwise everything else was very good 👍🏻

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

We loved it. Stayed here on our mother-daughter holiday. Great hikes from the door - both short and long, easy and more challenging. The house is very special. We'd both live there if we could! Beautiful and breezy with lots of windows, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous leafy courtyard to sit in, and a balcony too. Beds were very comfy, the bedlinens were really lovely cotton. Pots and pans, plates and glasses, cutlery and cooking tools, corkscrew, lemon juicer, and grater - it had everything! Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Maria is friendly and helpful - we both really liked her. She gave us lots of interesting and useful info about the house, the village, and local walks.

What an incredible place this is! If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place with a wonderful view, look no further! The host Mendi warmly welcomes you upon arrival and gives you a tour of the house, but let you continue to celebrate in peace holidays (although he is always available if you have any questions). Furthermore, I have never had such an extensive kitchen in an Airbnb (that makes me very happy as a hobby chef), and if you still miss something, Mendi was always willing to lend you something. The pool terrace is also beautiful, and from the end of the morning it has sun all day. Perfect for people who want to spend a day at the beach, but otherwise want to tan in an oasis of peace. The donkeys complete your view! We also liked that you had French doors on each side of the house, each with its own terrace with a separate purpose (swimming pool, BBQ, kitchen, terrace). As a result, everything was very nicely in contact with each other, even if you did other activities.

What can I say. This place was probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s absolutely breathtaking. The host and family are the sweetest kindest and most helpful people. I just can’t say enough about our stay other than you will NOT regret it. We will definitely be coming back here. So much to see and do around the island and you feel like you’re in your own little paradise.

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Everything is fine! Only a little more light in the apartment would be even better, is a little dark, as there are few windows. The only view to the outside is the apartment door. Nevertheless, very comfortable.

Very comfortable and quiet, the proximity to the beach and restaurants of Can Picafort is very appreciable for going out and going to the beach, the neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is large and comfortable It was a great stay!

Ralf's house was great! Even prettier than in the photos! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked chatting with him! We recommend it to all travellers!

We are very pleased with our trip and the nice accommodation. Cristobal Bortas was a good host who welcomed us when we arrived at the accommodation. We have accommodated 2 adults and our children aged 16, 14 and 10. Everyone has enjoyed themselves. We recommend this accommodation to others who want to go out and travel.

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Welcomed by Stéphanie's warm smile, we found an apartment that was completely in line with the description. Ideal location between sea and mountain, quiet, the apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom has been renovated with a walk-in shower. Very nice terrace and especially location less than a minute from the seaside and its very nice promenade. Stéphanie gave us all the useful information tailored to our preferences for a good stay in the region and was flexible with our departure schedule. Many thanks to her for this excellent stay, her concern for the quality of the service provided and her kindness. We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful house with everything you need (plenty of bath towels, nice children's equipment). Close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops of all kinds. Very nice pool (never had such warm water in June… happiness!). Beach 5 min. Very good communication with the owner, always available, friendly and helpful. I recommend it!
