Holiday rentals with beach access in Alcudia beach

We had a wonderful stay! Joana is a rare kindness, always available, responsive and very honest. Her apartment is simply superb: tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and conveniently located, right on the water. A real slice of paradise that I recommend without a second thought!

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

A very well-equipped apartment with absolutely everything you need! (Dishes, bathroom products, and even a yoga mat and diving masks!) The accommodation is spacious, very nice, we had a great week! Thank you very much Luis for your hospitality and for the welcome attentions!

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

Our stay at Marga's was really great. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is clean and tidy. The location is excellent and you have the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Parking spaces can also always be found within a few blocks. The amenities are great and there was really nothing missing. We'll definitely be back. Gracias!

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Ideal location for a family vacation. Paco was the perfect host and always available. The house is in pristine condition and he even provided more than what was advertised. Paco is very communicative & friendly. We hope to return again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be as good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were cordial and left many things in our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It is comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and two small children). With regard to the location, it is convenient for walking to the downtown area of Can Picafort, and a 3-minute walk from the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 metres from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely return and strongly recommend this accommodation. Everything perfect! Had a lovely stay at Can Content. Catalina was super responsive and helpful for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Local restaurants are a short walk away and was ideal for our race with quick local taxis.

Me and my friends visited Mallorca for a weekend as we were studying abroad in Barcelona, and thought this could be a nice opportunity to get away from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Alcudia at Marti's home. Marti was very friendly and helpful, he provided us with an a list of activities, restaurants, and places to visit. The house was equipped with all the appliances needed to have a comfortable stay that made us feel right at home. Overall the experience was terrific, I would definitely try and stay here again the next time I visit Alcudia.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

Antoni’s place was great. We loved the modern theme and outside space. Ideally located for Port Pollença activities.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
