A lovely entrance hall leads us to the living area, where the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, the dining room and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV come together. The huge windows lead us to a generously sized garden, furnished with 2 comfortable sun loungers, sofas and a swing, from where we can admire dreamlike views of the Mediterranean Sea, an unimaginable turquoise. Kilometres of fine sand await you for walking, jogging or simply watching and listening to the murmur of the waves from your spectacular holiday apartment. The saltwater pool (not heated) and its beautiful garden will allow you to spend unforgettable afternoons with family or friends. The upper apartment is also optional if it is available, as it is rented separately (ask beforehand). The garden, pool and garage are for the exclusive use of this apartment. Each apartment has its own private entrance. There are a few small steps to climb, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is not possible to barbeque. Additional costs are not included in the price and are paid separately upon arrival. For an effective booking there can be no more than two days between bookings. Final cleaning: €250.
