Fantastically beautiful apartment with heated pool and great amenities - including a great grill. Everything new, clean and tasteful. We only had contact with the cleaning staff, but they were very friendly and helpful, also very flexible, because we had to check in earlier as an exception. Although the house is close to a street, apart from a few loud noises, that was not a problem, otherwise very quiet location

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

An amazing apartment and we have had a lovely holiday. Very helpful and kind hosts who went out of their way to help us in every way. Very close to the beach and pine walk, the best place we have stayed in PP, we will be back

We were in Marc's accommodation with four adults, a toddler and a baby. Extra beds and high chairs were provided for the little ones and we benefited from the existing washing machine. The kitchen was super equipped and left nothing to be desired. The pool was our special highlight and the kids loved it. Marc provided us with a freshly cleaned gas grill with which we conjured up a great BBQ. The location was great and we were on the beach in about 2 minutes with our bags. Marc greeted us in a friendly and personal way at the accommodation. We would come again and again :-).

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

Blanca is a very friendly host and very responsive to different concerns during our stay (The lock on the front door is quite difficult and the doorbell broke, the little tiles in the pool fall one by one) If I can make a comment about the master bedroom which is beautiful, I would have liked a more neat bed linen and the showerheads in the bathroom is more speed. I regret the lack of privacy in all the bathrooms and toilets in the house as none of them lock. For the rest nothing to say, the house is very well equipped, clean and a special mention for the responsiveness of blanca

Lovely private and great views. Great starting point for trips around the island.

We went with our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons (nearly 4 and just 1). Our objective was to introduce them to the pool and beach and have as relaxing time as possible with 2 infants! We achieved all these as the Villa was very spacious, we all loved it. It is very peaceful with lovely views. The pool is the standout feature, good size, beautifully kept, peaceful and in a lovely setting. The main beach is just a short 10min walk away with lovely sand and great for the children. Cala Vincente is a quiet resort with limited shops so a visit to Lidl for more supplies was necessary to feed everyone. You will need to be fit as going up and down all the steps scan be quite challenging. So be prepared if you have toddlers. Fernando was very quick to respond to all our questions - thank you.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We had a super uncomplicated and flexible check-in. The apartment was very clean and has an extremely beautiful location with direct views of the water in the first row also from the main bedroom! There is also a really large balcony that is perfect for breakfast as well as for looking at the stars in the evening. Even with a restaurant directly below the accommodation, the scenery is very pleasant. Supermarkets and very good restaurants are within 1-5 minutes' walk. It's really a recommendation if you are between 2-5 people! We will be happy to come back. 🤝

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

A perfect place. A little calmer than the rest of port de Pollença but everything still at walking distance. Amazing place, great roof terrace, very clean, 4 toilets (!!), amazing. Definitely recommended and our favorite place of the trip.

Great apartment, had a great stay! The location is very quiet, you can also walk to the old town, and by car you can reach beautiful sandy beaches in a few minutes. Would love to come back!

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

Maria's house is really nice to live in. It's a typical Spanish house. Comfort is there, the garden aspires to tranquility. The space is sufficient for 4. The beach 100m away is a really nice bonus, you can dive into clear water as soon as you wake up. We loved the beach of Formentor and the beach of Muro, the waters are a heavenly light blue with this white sand, a little piece of paradise. a small restaurant to do the Can Gavela towards the beach of Muro. feet in the sand, facing the sea and eating a very good paella. I'll keep Maria's address for a future stay in Alciuda. we will come back to visit more corners. Delight in our stay 😁

Lovely few days only a few metres from the water. Great location on the pinewalk. You have all of the restaurants at a 5 minute walk yet it is peaceful and quiet

Claudia was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is just as described, right on the beach, small supermarkets close by as well as a taxi rank. It's a 20min walk to the waterpark and Lidl, lots of restaurants close by and the Airport bus drops you right across the street. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
