Holiday rentals with lake access in Alcudia beach

Spacious apartment in a perfect location. Across the street from a lovely beach and near other amenities, yet still quiet and peaceful. A great place for a group of friends or families to stay.

Alicia is a very nice and kind host, her house is really good located, in a quiet area in front of a lake and 5min max from the beach. The room and the house are also very clean. I would highly recommend

The 180 degree view takes your breath away from the first moment, just beautiful. Since we visited the island for the first time, we took some excursions. Returning to the view at Marion & Ben's place is great. The house is furnished with love and perfectly equipped. We didn't cook, but we think everything is there. The steps in the rocks invite you to still close to the sea and let you really come down. The proximity to the beach is great. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel that they love their house and enjoy sharing the great place with others. We would have liked to have stayed longer than 11 nights. The next guest can be very happy about the visit.

Rosa and her family were extremely helpful and made check in easy. It's a beautiful home close to the inland lake and a very short walk to the beach on the sea. Great porch to sit and take in sun and watch the sunset.

Maria Antònia and Tomeu's home was wonderful to stay at! Everything was super clean, and the house had all that you need. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the charcoal grill outside! The beach is a short walk from the house, and the view sitting on the terrace is just beautiful. Our hosts were super friendly, and check-in was easy and straightforward.

We had a great time at Catalina’s home. Everything was as described and the backyard was beautiful. We would recommend this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was just as advertised and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a stunning beach, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We’d gladly book this place again, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Firstly, the internet is quite slow, so we relied on our 4G data. Communication around check-in could be improved—there was a missed email, and the host prefers another messenger over the Airbnb app, which led to us waiting for 10 minutes upon arrival before getting entry instructions. Additionally, there are many mosquitoes in the area, so it's essential to use mosquito spray and be careful when ventilating. Overall, still a 5-star experience for us! The apartment's cleanliness, fantastic location near the beach, and the charm of the town made it a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

Perfect location, right on the coast and only seconds to perfect beaches. The beaches and the port are perfect for kids to enjoy. The apartment was spotless with a beautiful balcony on a quiet street. We wanted to spend some time on the beach with our daughter and for that, this apartment couldn’t have been better.

We had a great time in Alcudia in this apartment perfectly located for exploring Mallorca. The place was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The terrace was a real plus to enjoy breakfasts outside. Easy and responsive communication with Sion, who was very welcoming, accommodating and giving good advice. We would highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to return if we return to Alcudia.

beautiful apartment, very clean and modern. everything you need for a few days and much more. blackout curtains in the 2 bedrooms!!! very responsive and attentive host, self check-in and checkout with flexible hours. umbrella bed and high chair available! beach towels available. residence close to the beach and shops, easy access by stroller, collective parking spaces available. we recommend + ++ and will be happy to come back!!!

great apartment to spend a great family holiday with two young children. the residence as well as the pool are welcoming and the beach is very close. the apartment is super well equipped, you can find everything you need. the hosts are adorable. nothing negative.
