It is a 5-minute walk along the waterfront to Alcúdia's main street, known as Bellvue, which is full of restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The extras are 60 euros for cleaning and 10 euros more or less per day for electricity. If necessary, the electricity meter is also checked and according to consumption, 0.40 euros is paid for the electricity for people who are alert to consumption

It has a nice and large area of terraces and garden, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outside, as well as a barbecue.
