Holiday rentals with a patio in Alcudia beach

Great time staying in this very well appointed and comfortable apartment. Quiet neighbourhood but only steps away from the lovely beach and close to shops and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Well located, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. V nice stay in this pleasant apartment with beach and breakfast coffee only 5 minutes away.

Coloma and her team at the guesthouse next door were so lovely and kind, and were especially lovely with our small children. They also provided a cot and high chair for us so we were very well set up (though I would say if you’re coming with babies, the beautiful tiles are a little hazardous for slips and falls - lovely for adults though!) The place was great overall - perfect location and lovely romantic feel to the rooms and quiet shady patio

I was very comfortable in Jorge's apartment. Everything was clean and impeccable and he responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again

excellent place, very nice and comfortable with everything you need, a few blocks from the main avenue. The host was very kind, answered all our questions and let us do a late check out for free. I totally recommend it! We'll be back on another visit to the island

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was very nice, clean and close to several restaurants, supermarket and a beautiful beach nearby. Stefanie and Miquel also helped us during our stay when we encountered some small difficulties. Thank you for the stay and of course we will come back when we have holidays in Mallorca again. I highly recommend the place.

Perfect location, clean tidy with modern bathroom and kitchen. Car parking needs to be explained a little better. You can park there but it's a first come first served basis. The big cushion on the bed was perfect for separating 2 children sharing the double bed. Plenty for kids to do in and around the area we also made good use of the communal pool.

We enjoyed our stay while in Mallorca at this house! Lots of space, in an adorable beach town, and very responsive hosts. The WiFi only worked in one room (front living room), and we were not able to access it from other rooms in the house. We never used it much because we were so busy exploring the surrounding towns with beautiful beaches, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall would highly recommend this house to stay at while in Mallorca!

What a fantastic stay we had! With five people we stayed in this beautiful home, and really everything was taken care of to the last detail. The accommodation is spacious, stylishly furnished and has all the comforts – you will notice everything that has been worked with love and attention to detail. The pool was really the icing on the cake: clean, big enough for all of us and wonderful to relax in after a day of discovering or simply to stay all day. The tranquility and privacy you experience here is second to none. No hustle and bustle, no noise – just pure relaxation in a brilliant environment. In short: a complete, comfortable and relaxing stay in a top location with a good host. We enjoyed it and would definitely book this place again. Highly recommended for those looking for peace, luxury and personal hospitality!

It is a fantastic location. Beautiful house, large yard with garden. And a lovely swimming pool with sitting/lying area. Well maintained. Contact with Juan went well. For example, we wanted extra parasols, and this was quickly arranged. Driving into the road to the left towards the villa is a bit tight. That bend is impossible to negotiate. Just drive through, turn and then you can do it from that side. Definitely recommended, a wonderful villa. Also to do nothing for a day and enjoy the swimming pool.

Thomas’ house was magnificent, a peaceful escape for us. The house is right in the centre of the island and we were able to go to the most beautiful bays in 30-60 minutes. You can feel that the house is generally loved, the kitchen is the most useful kitchen I have ever been to, you can find all kinds of kitchen appliances. In the evenings, you can listen to the birds singing while eating in the garden. Thomas and his girlfriend were also very fast in communicating and helped us a lot with our needs. We will miss Mallorca and this beautiful house very much and I hope we will come back one day :)

Great house close to a cool town

What an amazing place! Completely tucked away in the woods, a little paradise! Here you can completely unwind. In addition, Gabriel and his parents are super nice and helpful. We were allowed to eat with the homemade paella and because we arrived late the first evening, they had already picked up some groceries for the next morning. We miss the dogs Sel, Toto and Jeep very much. They greeted us every morning. Just like the kitties. I could stay there for a few months! Thanks so much!! 🙏🏻

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

Very nice property about 20 minutes from the airport - quiet area where you are on your own - difficult to reach on foot, but there is an impeccable taxi service to the city centre - the photos corresponded to the original - in total a great accommodation outside of Palma! Highly recommended 🫶

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s flat. The location was perfect — in the north of the island, with easy access to beautiful, wild nature, which we really enjoyed. The flat was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to use the kitchen. Maria and her husband were kind, friendly, and welcoming hosts. They were always reachable and happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a great area. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a couple of problems checking in, however Angel worked very hard to rectify them as soon as possible. He was very apologetic and ensured the rest of our stay was perfect. Great apartment in a great location.

Ralf's house was great! Even prettier than in the photos! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked chatting with him! We recommend it to all travellers!

A very nice accommodation, which is located almost directly on the beach - in 2 minutes you can walk to the sea. Everything else, such as supermarkets, restaurants and the like, can also be reached super quickly. In addition, there is an extra parking lot safe through a gate right outside the front door, which is very convenient. We were totally satisfied, the apartment is just as described. Akim (Maxim's son) was our contact person from the key handover and is very personable and accommodating. He was available to us day and night and made our stay as pleasant as possible. We definitely recommend the place and would keep coming back. :)

The house is very nice, perfectly matching the description. Super comfortable beds, manicured spaces, and even toys that my little girl loved! Even though he wasn't in town, Andre was super responsive and available to give us advice. Finally, he was super honest, he spontaneously reimbursed us 10% for building work in the apartment next door, for the inconvenience. Highly recommend we would be very happy to come back. Thank you!

Clean and spacious apartment very close to the pine walk and beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of clothes storage. Electric shutters are handy on the windows. Practical kitchen and living area. The kitchen is open off the living space to the right of the balcony doors. Utility room houses a washing machine, iron etc. Everything worked properly including the air con and shower. Parking was ample all round the apartment building. Appreciated the bottle of wine and 6l of water on arrival.
