Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ystad

We loved this home, and Mats was a truly wonderful host. His gracious hospitality made us feel so welcome, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even finding a bike trailer for our young boys to enjoy and stocking the kitchen with thoughtful treats just for them. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and set in a gorgeous forested area close enough to the sea to hear the waves from the back porch. Our stay was so relaxing and we can’t wait to return for another lovely holiday!

Very nice, homey and cozy, Comfortable beds, good planning in kitchen/living room. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker (although there was capsule coffee and prezzo, so you were not without). Very good with 2 bathrooms, when you are more than 2 people. Pleasant hosts, nice outdoor environment

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Farm Cottage. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and responsive and gave us great tips for things to see. The cottage is cozy, super comfortable and in a beautiful area. It is easy to reach and there are interesting things to do and see. We recommend a visit highly. Helena is a great host, the house is inmaculate and very spacious . The parking space close to the house was a plus since we had lots of luggage. The breakfast provided is fantastic and plentiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your place. Highly recommended, only 40 minutes to the CPH airport.

Very nice and quick communication with the host. Well-equipped apartment with all necessities. It is located in the basement with a little less light. Highly recommended if you want a quieter accommodation with relatively close to nature areas.

We had 10 days to enjoy Anders and Melany's beautiful apartment! Our hosts were always at our side with good advice. We explored the surroundings, especially with our bicycles. Malmö and Lund are easily accessible on well-signposted cycle paths, and we were delighted with the conditions for cyclists. We were also impressed by the public transport! The apartment is really amazingly well equipped and comfortably furnished! But the most impressive thing is the incredible view of nature right outside the door at all times of the day! We had an all-around beautiful time and can highly recommend the apartment

We enjoyed our time in your guesthouse very much during our weeklong vacation over New Years. It was very lovely, our family of four had all we needed, and the best of all was that we really were able to enjoy a very quiet New Year’s Eve here with our doggy away from the all loud fireworks! Jonny lives upstairs, so was always quick to respond. He offered to drive us to Ale's Stones on Sunday (for a small fee), but in the end we managed to get a bus. He did drive me to the train station with my luggage when I left, which was really kind! I hadn't realised how big the place would be - 2 bedrooms upstairs and a toilet, and downstairs there was a "den" with huge TV, kitchen, conservatory, toilet/shower room downstairs - also a delightful garden. They obviously love their garden and plants. I think Jonny's wife may be a "collector" - lots of ornaments everywhere and enough kitchen glasses, plates etc for a big party! The only thing I would comment on, is that there is no door on the second bedroom - it was no problem for me though. Also, there was no wardrobe space in this bedroom either, but I had the second single bed to put my things on, so again, no problem. Jonny is the kind of host who really enjoys meeting his guests - thanks, Jonny, it was a great stay! x

A nice accommodation, simple but cozy. Everything worked very well and it is well located to go to the village, Revhaken and Kronoskogen which are my favorite places in my place of residence.

The accommodation and the standard were great. Clean and tidy. However, we missed some simpler wine glasses, but that's a small problem. We'd love to get back to you .

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

Beautiful place and location near the lakes. Good base for visiting Stockholm (~30 min bus ride) and a great place to unwind after sightseeing. Spacious, clean and modern.... we had a very nice stay and Jessica was a responsive host. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you want to experience “hygge” during your stay in Copenhagen, this is the place! It is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for two, very cozy for one. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the bathroom. There are extras of essentials in case you forgot anything. Everyone in passing was very friendly, totally possible to keep to yourself if you wish. The backyard is it’s own special place, I highly recommend unwinding here after a day in the city. Getting to the city is very easy- exit the front gate, go to your right, cross the side walk and you are at the bus stop for 5C headed towards the city. Lime bikes available about 3 blocks that same way as well. I recommend taking the bikes to or from Tivoli gardens/ Glyptotek area for a practically straight shot, easy going biking experience. Pita Kebab down the street was soo good, as were Netto’s premade options. Enjoy your stay in an authentic Danish home!

Remy and Monica s place was clean comfortable and very well organised . The space was extremely clean. Remy proactively helped us with local transport and was quick to respond to our queries . They were amazing hosts…highly recommend a stay at their space

Pretty good experience overall both with Loke, who’s a very friendly host, and Malmö, a very nice city.

Maria was a great host, responded quickly to messages and always helped with everything. I fell in love with the apartment right at the entrance. Everything was clean, ready and even more beautiful than in the photos. A very beautiful apartment that was very difficult to leave. When I return to Copenhagen, I hope it will be here.
