Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Val d'Europe

The place was really nice, private, and peaceful. It is next to a metro station that it actually surprised me how close it was. The place was super clean, and comfortable. My only inconvenience was that at first was that I was not able to casting my phone to the tv, and I always need to watch something to be able to sleep, but once I found out the way, everything went smoothly and without any problems. I really recommend it if you are planning on staying a couple of days in Paris.

We had a lovely stay! The location was fantastic and we felt very safe throughout our time there. The flat, while compact, had absolutely everything we needed and was really well thought out. The hosts were warm and welcoming, offering lots of helpful tips and local recommendations which really enhanced our trip. Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

I had a great time at Ali & Jac's apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. It's so easy to get to public transportation and the Place de Bastille is less than 10 minutes away (great restaurants, Opera Bastille, shops, etc.). The apartment is small, as described, but it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including a great bed, hot shower and fast Internet. The hosts are extremely responsive and made sure that I could check in easily. Highly recommended!

I would love to know the history of who had stayed at this place because its so close to the palace, I'm sure they had to have been either palace staff, or others closely associated. We really enjoyed Versailles, and being this close to the place made it a perfect place to stay. Because it is so close, it was really quiet at night. This is because the palace grounds are so large that the only traffic would be of people that directly live there. We slept great! Thank you Katia for sharing it with us!

שהינו בדירה של קלוד ואנחנו ממליצים עליה מכל הלב! קלוד היה מארח מדהים – דאג להכל, נתן לנו המון המלצות מצוינות ועשה מעל ומעבר כדי שהשהות שלנו תהיה מושלמת. הדירה הייתה בדיוק כמו בתמונות – נקייה, מתוחזקת היטב ונעימה מאוד. המיקום פשוט נהדר: ברחוב יפייפה ותוסס ממש במרכז פריז, קרוב מאוד למטרו, וסביבו שפע של מסעדות ובתי קפה מצוינים. לסיכום - ממליצים בחום ונשמח לחזור!!

Alain’s place is great! Central, but quiet location. The fridge was fully stocked when we arrived. We had everything we needed. Alain was very responsive to messages and questions. It was also great that we were able to drop off our bags as we landed a bit early. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time with my family at Guillaume’s place. He and his wife think about every detail. He was very responsive and helpful.

A very nice place to stay. Easy to find and get in, and our host gave clear instructions on how to get in. We were also allowed to drop off our luggage early, which was very much appreciated. Good location as well, with the metro stop right down the block.

Extremely well located! Next to Champs Elysees and 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. The place was impeccable comfortable and smelled so good. We felt right at home and will def come back.

The place is really nice, it has a beautiful skylight window, be aware that you need to climb some stairs, a side of that its a great place to stay

Michael’s place is very well situated on the edge of the Marais, steps from the Bastille metro stop. There were a few glitches with early check-in but Michael and his team rectified the problems very quickly so we appreciated that.

Отличный район, всего 15 метро по прямой на метро и ты в центре Парижа. Идеально. Как очень тихий и чистый отель, только ещё и с кухней. Просто мечта.

Loved the Eiffel Tower view from the top and our garden balcony view from our room. We loved the neighborhood and how it was quieter but Rue Cler was so close and everything we visited was only a short Uber drive away. We also were very thankful for the luggage storage as we arrived so early before check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Квартира тихая, уютная, в хорошем районе. После отъезда выяснилось, что мы забыли 4 куртки в квартире. Мы попросили хозяев передать куртки нашей дочери через неделю. Были небольшие трудности в организации и в комуникации, но в итоге дочке передали все наши забытые вещи. И мы очень благодарны хозяевам. Квартиру рекомендуем.

We had a wonderful stay — the apartment was perfect for myself, my husband, our baby, and my parents. The neighborhood was fantastic — lively, walkable, and full of great spots to explore just steps away. The building has that classic Parisian charm, with what seem to be original floors and lovely historic details on the doors and moldings, plus the convenience of a small elevator. It was also great to have the apartment serviced during our week-long stay — fresh towels and sheets were a lovely bonus. Alexis was very responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again!
