the apt is very nice and spacious, everything was clean, they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, good neighborhood, Asian area, very good restaurants and metro nearby.

It was great! The 5th floor offers a gorgeous view of the city and sunsets - it's magnificent and unforgettable! There is a lift from the 1st floor. The apartment is a 40-minute walk from the Louvre, small, but has everything you need. A lot of restaurants and supermarket around. The renovation and equipment are modern, everything works and is of good quality! The owner responded promptly when the neighbors were smoking and it smelled of tobacco and resolved this issue. The owner quickly answered questions and gave clear instructions for check-in, provided the opportunity to choose an apartment, and was happy to satisfy requests for floor, view and towels. Our stay with children and a stroller was very comfortable. Thank you!

Great place! It was perfect for us, 3 nights in Paris in a neighbourhood where you don’t feel you’re in the tourist trap area. Location was great to walk and find more local bars and restaurants. Very neat. Friendly staff, also considering that we travelled with a baby; they were very attentive and helpful. They installed a crib for our baby in the room.

We spent 4 sunny days in Paris having Christine's apartment as our accommodation. It was just perfect for our little adventures in the metropolis: Located in an arrondissement that we love very much (parks, bakeries, Canal Saint-Martin and Bassin de la Villette), the room we were staying in was comfortable and clean and the owner very kind and communicative - Thank you again and maybe see you next time!
