Holiday rentals with a patio in Val d'Europe

Nice space, quiet neighborhood, large kitchen, it was useful to have a washing machine, dishwasher, water fountain on the fridge. I would go back! Also loved the terrasse, the 2 seperate bathrooms, beautiful lighy coming through.

Mei My partner and I were glad we took the apartment as it is outside of Paris, so perfect to arrive by car. There was an underground car park where we could park the car. The apartment was exactly as in the photos and as described. The check-in and check-out were super easy, it was communicated exactly how it works and if you had questions you were helped immediately. You can quickly reach the city centre of Paris by train. Communication went smoothly, she was always available. We recommend the place.

We stayed at Sabere's for a business trip, the apartment was close to the site, which is very nice. It is very well located, close to the RER train station, a large shopping centre and restaurants. The apartment is impeccably well maintained and very pleasant, it is functional and well laid out, everything went very well. Thank you for the biscuits, coffees and bottles of water, it may be a small thing but it is a very nice touch. Looking forward to coming back 😀

Very nice welcome from F. who offers a nice peaceful accommodation and very well located. F. accompanies you in taking over the premises and gives the addresses of nice restaurants. Great discussions and interesting exchanges. I highly recommend it.

Nice and clean apartment. Cozy little terrace. Metro is 7 minutes away, very convenient. And Disneyland is nearby!

I only stayed for a weekend, mainly used the accommodation for sleeping (I was mostly outside), but the accommodation was in great condition, easy to access, clear instructions, very friendly host. I recommend it!

Everything that was described and shown in photos was accurate. Well furnished, equipped and decorated. Baby equipment is available (baby bed, bathtub, high chair etc.). The host is available and responsive. We had a pleasant stay.

I and my family really enjoyed our stay. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood. The location of the property and the fiber optic internet connection are both excellent.

Hanifa is very responsive and accommodating regarding arrival times. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because of the many steps and stairs (the house is on two floors, you enter through the basement). Sheets and towels are provided and impeccable, which is a big plus. The house is very well located, five minutes' walk from the RER train station and right next to shops. It's very convenient to be able to park two (small!) cars in front of the house, as street parking is paid.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

A total 5* stay. From the offset, great instructions to get in - got videos by whataspp for each aspect, which was fantastic and made it easy to follow. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Child friendly, quiet, clean. Nice quality shower. Good kitchen. Good sleeping arrangements. Overall great stay and would recommend for sure. Took a cab to Disney from the apartment to save the little legs walking for when inside. But location wise definitely walkable. Also really close to the shopping and restaurants. Wish i knew the great shopping and would have stayed an extra night for that alone! :)

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. We had a great time, everything was very clean and tidy and the communication with Filipa was easy and quick! We were even able to check in a bit earlier which was very helpful with our 2 small kids, thank you again! The appartment is really conveniently located, just next to a boulangerie, a supermarket and some great restaurants. You can walk to the RER station to go to Paris or Disneyland.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. Although the house is far from the city, the subway is very close and very well connected. The house is very nice and quiet. There are shops and places to eat or dine nearby. Communication with Yasmina has always been fast and they have helped us with everything we needed.

We went to Paris for my daughters birthday & had a pleasant stay at Joaos place. It was peaceful & beautiful. We were very comfortable & felt right at home! Thanks again!
