We stayed at this apartment as a group of six and had a wonderfull experience. The place looked exactly like the photos-bright, clean, andi filled with natural light. It was well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Access to the apartment was easy with a keyless entry system, and the instructions provided were very clear, making check-in completely hassle-free. The host was extremely helpfull and responsive throughout our stay. She was prompt in replying to messages and very accommodating-she even arranged a larger parking space for us as we were bringing a bigger vehicle, which we really appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay in a calm setting

Beautiful place with easy access to the city. Especially being in the heart of Vincennes made this place feel like we were locals. Apartment was spacious for our family of 4 and the host was wonderfully accommodating and responsive. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Paris. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very well located and is ideal for two people, very quiet as it does not face the street, it is on the ground floor so you do not have to worry about carrying suitcases upstairs The area is very commercial and there are several supermarkets and a bakery right in front It has Metro Line 1 next to it and the RER two streets away, which leaves you in the center (Chatelet) in 10 minutes We'll be back.

Home in the heart of Les Nogent. Very convenient to walk to the city center. Bus stop very close.

I spent 5 days in the accommodation, I was only there in the evening and at night since I was at Blanc Mesnil for work. Kamel's sister-in-law welcomed me and showed me around the place, then Kamel sent me several messages throughout the week to see if everything was going well, and we spoke on the phone, Kamel was always available and very responsive. On the property itself, nothing to complain about, what could perhaps be a problem is the fact that the neighborhood is under construction (building buildings) so there is noise outside from 8:30 am, which could bother people eager to use the balcony for example. When will this work be completed? In conclusion, I would recommend this place. Ideally for a couple, but we must be able to accommodate 4 with the convertible bed.

We had a pleasant stay! The apartment was amazing, we’ll decorated and brand mew with peaceful nature nearby . The location is about 40 min driving from central Paris by car. There is also an electric car charging next to the apartment that was very helpful and useful for electric car. The host is amazingly helpful and kind, they were available for everything we needed. Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation is very nice. Close to shops and a pretty park just around the corner. If there is a problem or a question, the owners are immediately listening to solve them. Very good stay, we will gladly go back. We highly recommend this rental!

Thomas was a great host and very considerate and accommodating. We stayed for a month and were able to utilize the place maybe to its fullest extent, but also keep in mind it's probably not a typical length of stay. Given the length, we did run into a few issues during our stay, but the times that we reached out, Thomas was always very considerate and helpful. The location was pretty decent to get to what we needed it would have been nice to be a little closer to the train station. The place itself is quaint and has its own charm, just set your expectations accordingly and don't expect anything luxurious, and maybe a little outdated compared to stays at a hotel or kind of commercialized AirBnB. If you're a fan of that more casual setting, then this place would fit you well!

This is a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home for our week stay in Paris. The property was stocked and Debby was very communicative if we had any questions about anything. The mall is walking distance from the property so food was easily accessible with plenty of options. Our group loved that the most. Highly recommend and I would stay there again should I find myself back in France.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

We had a great weekend at Caro and her partner's. The accommodation was perfectly suited for our group of 11 adults and 2 children. The little ones were able to enjoy a lot of games and the adults particularly enjoyed the spacious living spaces, the barbecue and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The train station is less than 20 minutes' walk away, the bakery is nearby and the park makes it a very good location.

Super helpful, kind host, always responded immediately to our questions. Large house and equipped with everything you need. We had a great time . The only difficulty is the absence of a nearby subway, although there are many buses in the area
