Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Outside space include a balcony (with morning sun) and a terrace overlooking the garden. A further two guests (full size double sofa-bed) can be accommodated downstairs by arrangement, depending on availability.

It's located near the boardwalk, and it is within walking distance from the local lake (a known swimming area). It’s only a 15 min walk from the city center where you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shopping. It is only a 40 min drive to the capital Stockholm, and 20 min. to the airport Arlanda!

Trevlig och rymligt lägenhet i källarplan belägen i attraktiva Luthagen/Uppsala. Ca 5min promenad från Uppsala Domkyrka och Uppsala City. Lägenheten är möblerad och fullt utrustad. All nödvändig service finns i direkt närhet till bostaden. Här bor ni i hjärtat av Uppsala och vår målsättning är att gäster ska känna sig som hemma i ett boende där inget saknas. Det finns gott om parkeringar i området för bilburna gäster, avgift erläggs via app i telefonen.

Bara en granne och från er uteplats är det bara natur ni ser, men bara 15 min med bil till centrum. ni går till busshållsplatsen på 15 min där det går tre olika bussar till centrum som går väldigt ofta.
