Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Nice and spacious apartment in the basement located in attractive Luthagen/Uppsala. Approximately 5-minute walk from Uppsala Cathedral and Uppsala City. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. All necessary services are available in the immediate vicinity of the home. Here you live in the heart of Uppsala and our aim is to make guests feel at home in a place where nothing is missing. There is plenty of parking in the area for guests with cars, the fee is paid via the app on the phone.

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Rum med skrivbord, fåtölj, bord och bäddsoffa 140 cm. Balkong. Kök med köksbord, grundläggande köksutrustning, spis, ugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp. Badrum med dusch. Hall med egen utgång till trapphus. I hallen finns även en låst ljudisolerad dörr till resten av lägenheten där jag bor. Totalt 35 kvadratmeter. Sommarro är 15 minuters cykelväg från centrum. Flera busslinjer stannar nära. I närheten finns restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker. Stadsskogen inbjuder till promenader i naturen.

Hedvig

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. The apartment we have named Hedvig after my grandmother who together with her husband Lars-Emil was the first in our family to start the sawmill. The house the apartment is located in was built around 1880 and belonged to a sawmill and later planing. The apartment is originally a service residence and some carpentry houses are left but some is also new. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated in 2024.

One apartment with private entrance and private parking, part of a villa in the suburb of Stockholm. You have nature just outside the house. The house is in a calm and safe area. There is one Queensize bed for 2 and one sofa bed for 2. You can either walk 15-20 minuts to the train station Jakobsberg or take the bus to the station. With the train it takes 20 minutes to central Stockholm.
