The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The house is nestled in a lovely natural environment on attractive Svavelsö in the Stockholm archipelago near the sea and the beach only 25 minutes from Stockholm city. This newly built smaller villa of 80 sqm has an upper floor open plan with kitchen, dining area, living room and patio windows and patio door gives proximity to nature and views of water. Downstairs with 1 master Bedroom and a "studio" with 2 80 cm beds and bathroom with washing machine and shower. The house is beautifully and personally decorated with full conveniences.

Get close to nature and enjoy the sun in Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and private barbecue area right on the lake. The forest is outside the step so is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & skating in the winter for those interested. Nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafes & pharmacy are about 10 min away by car. Uppsala center you can reach in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that goes directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och trivsamt område i naturen. Det är byggt på femtiotalet, men sedan dess renoverat och delvist moderniserat. För de som uppskattar enkla förhållanden i autentisk miljö, är huset en plats med ro. Fyra enkelsängar finns, två i huset, och två i gäststugan. Observera att WC (torrtoalett) och dusch med varmvatten, ligger i gäststugan. Det är ett ställe väl anpassat till att vara i kontakt med naturen, utöva motion, vila och finna ro.
