The house was built in 2023 using timber in the traditional style, but with all modern amenities, including underfloor heating and a wood-burning fireplace. Nice forest walks directly from the plot, map included. The main bedroom has a very comfortable 160-cm bed from a premium brand, with a sea view from the main pillow. Close to attractions.

Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150m to the dock, a motor boat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running loop around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.
