Newly built cottage 50 sqm, four meters from the sea with magnificent panoramic views in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Private sandy beach and jetty. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bicycles, bocce ball court and lawn for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-September. Wood stove in the house and one outside. Firewood is available. You can get here by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or by one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Denna stuga erbjuder ett rofyllt och naturnära boende vid en källsjö med friskt vatten, som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Observera att stugan saknar starkström och dusch. Stugan värms upp genom bastun, vars värme kan spridas vidare till hela stugan. Detta gör boendet användbart året runt. Elförsörjningen sker via ett 12-voltsystem, vilket räcker för enklare belysning. Kapaciteten är dock begränsad. Det finns möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag, samt tillgång till TV med DVD.

This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
