Denna stuga erbjuder ett rofyllt och naturnära boende vid en källsjö med friskt vatten, som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Observera att stugan saknar starkström och dusch. Stugan värms upp genom bastun, vars värme kan spridas vidare till hela stugan. Detta gör boendet användbart året runt. Elförsörjningen sker via ett 12-voltsystem, vilket räcker för enklare belysning. Kapaciteten är dock begränsad. Det finns möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag, samt tillgång till TV med DVD.

There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Tillgång till kajak, cyklar, boulebana samt gräsplan för spel och lek. Badtunna infälld i trädäcket precis utanför stugan - tillgänglig maj-sep. Vedkamin i huset och en ute. Ved finns. Hit kommer du med bil eller buss från Stockholm (1.5h) alternativt med någon av Waxholmsbåtarna. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Fint hus med stort allrum och kök med öppen eld, badrum och 4 sovrum. Perfekt både på sommaren och vintern. Finns extra madrasser samt ett gästhus och bastubyggnad med extra dusch och toalett. Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan med båt (3,5hk) för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund, se guideboken. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.
