Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

An oasis for those who appreciate quality of life and don't want to live in the centre. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here you have to embrace your inner cat and crawl smoothly towards the mattresses 😊 Cosy, charming and not for those who want to stretch out fully in bed😉 Sheets and towels are included.

Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is located a few minutes' walk from the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Right outside the property there is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can get to Norrtälje town centre in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Central Knivsta Private Tiny House

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. In the heart of the village of Brunnsta you will find this peaceful and quiet accommodation. Here you live rural but still close to surrounding cities like Stockholm and Uppsala and Arlanda airport. There are public transport by bus 1 km from the property and long-distance trains and commuter trains 8 km from the property. The accommodation is primarily for 2-3 people but an extra bed can be set up. Please note that this is a shared bedroom.

Cozy cabin by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

High rise cottage

Högåsstugan is a 25 m2 guest house located on our quiet lot in central Knivsta. The house was newly built in 2020 and includes all of the modern amenities. It is a short walk (12 minutes) to the train station which takes you to Stockholm (30 minutes) or Uppsala (10 mins). There is a very nice ICA grocery store (8 min walk) and a small nature preserve (5 min walk) close by.
