An oasis for those who appreciate quality of life and don't want to live in the centre. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. In the heart of the village of Brunnsta you will find this peaceful and quiet accommodation. Here you can listen to LPs, play board games and relax in a private sauna (wood included). Here you live rural but still close to cities like Stockholm (45 km) and Uppsala (45 km) and Arlanda airport. There is a bus 1 km from the accommodation and long distance trains and commuter trains 8 km from the property. The swimming area is 2 km away. The accommodation is mainly for 2-3 people but another bed can be set up. Everyone sleeps in the same room.

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
