Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Family-friendly in a quiet but central location The apartment is close to the center of Marquartstein, centrally but quietly located in a modernized farmhouse. It has just been completely newly renovated and leaves nothing to be desired for vacationers who love Lake Chiemsee, mountains and nature. You will find fast Wi-Fi in the modern equipped apartment. The parking lot (carport) is right in front of the house. Likewise, a private fire pit for cozy evenings.

Natural Stone Vacation Rental

Cozy and modern furnished first floor apartment with 55 m² in a representative Art Nouveau house from 1909. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

Alice's ♡ vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The romantic, individually and lovingly furnished apartment in the quiet, charming artist's house has a large balcony with magical views of the mountains. The house is located on the outskirts in an enchanted garden where you can enjoy the day or cozy evenings either in the cool lounge or on the wooden terrace. It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful tours can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Super cozy living space with large tile stove. Large corner bench for a cozy evening. Double bed and pull-out couch if needed. No TV, but free Wi-Fi. Now NEW: small fridge, stove with two hotplates and the possibility to prepare coffee/tea, microwave. On arrival there is the possibility to get a guest card for discounted admission to swimming pool, etc..

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
