Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Our refuge, embraced by majestic mountains, right on the lake and with its own house and lake access, lets you immerse yourself in a magical time. Winter magic in 15 minutes at the Steinplatte, a ski room. In summer: jump into the lake directly on the property before breakfast and then off to the mountains – whether on foot or by bike. Welcome to your personal paradise!

Start hiking or cycling towards Hochgern directly from the house or explore the nearby lakes. Afterwards, relax in the sauna and enjoy a cosy evening by the fireplace. Ideal for families, friends and holidays with your dog.

The Stierschneiderhof can accommodate up to 10 guests: With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with dining area and two balconies with mountain views. In the old barn with about 300 m², the outdoor living room with a cozy sofa awaits you, as well as games such as billiards, table tennis, foosball and darts. For younger children, we have a play area in the barn with a ball pool, slide, climbing wall, activity board and wooden toys.

Experience pure luxury in our spacious villa (300 square meters) for up to 12 guests. Relax in the heated indoor pool and sauna, enjoy the huge fenced garden with soccer goals and the covered terrace with charcoal grill. Table tennis and table soccer provide additional entertainment. You can end the evening comfortably in front of the open fireplace or with a gripping movie with home theater sound. Perfect for an upscale vacation with friendly families!

Unterwössen - Stylish attic apartment with a dream view

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

A little time out

Beautiful modern 62 square meter apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of Unterwössen. Modernly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and stove. A small terrace, on which both the morning and evening sun shines, with table and chairs, as well as charcoal grill is also available. A romantic four-poster bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2 m) in the living area ensure a good night's sleep.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Achental/Chiemgau. Here you will find the perfect mix of modern & clean design as well as Bavarian coziness. With a living area of 57 square meters, an inviting home for up to 3 people and enough space for your vacation awaits you. The apartment offers a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
