Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. It is located in the heart of the Maxvorstadt, surrounded by beautiful cafés, small boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Sights such as the English Garden, Odeonsplatz or Marienplatz are all within 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment has a modern bathroom. The beds are super comfortable and can accommodate up to 5 adults. The apartment is air conditioned and offers everything you could ever need.

This small, fine apartment is located in Munich's residential quarter Altstadt-Lehel, a 5-minute walk from the English Garden and Odeonsplatz. The location is perfect to explore the city and some pleasant alone time for couples. The quiet 1 room apartment is like a hotel room (minibar, coffee maker, bathroom) with separate entrance and is located in a backyard.

Countless restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is about 10 m², very quiet in the second backyard and has its own entrance.
