Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail.
