You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own bathroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.

Klais liegt auf ca. 940 mtr über NN. Im Jahr 2015 und in 2022 fand hier der G7 / Gipfel, u.a. mit Barak Obama, statt. Ein Ort um Sommer, sowie auch den Winter zu verbringen. Wandern, Mountain Bike fahren, Motorrad Touren, sowie im Winter Langlauf und natürlich auch klassich Ski fahren ist möglich in und um Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald und Seefeld erreicht man zw. 10 und 20 Minuten. Alle Bus - und Bahnfahrten sind kostenfrei mit der Gästekarte.

The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.
