In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. Our house is ideal for larger groups. In summer, barbecue on the terrace, in winter in the cozy lounge with tiled stove. The stop for the Hochzeiger or the Pitztal Glacier is right next to the house, the village centre is only a 5-minute walk away. Area 47, for rafting or canyoning, is 20-30 minutes away. FROM MID-JULY TO END OF AUGUST, ONLY BOOKINGS OF 7 NIGHTS OR MORE. A short-stay surcharge will be charged for up to 3 nights.
