Das Apartment liegt zentral im Dorfzentrum und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Skiort Kühtai entfernt, zudem ist eine direkte Busverbindung nach Kühtai vorhanden (1 Gehminute von der Unterkunft, gratis Busverbindung ab 2 Nächten). Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

Felder`s Boutique House ist super geeignet für maximal 4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder. High Speed W-Lan ist vorhanden. Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Skifahren, Wanderungen, Radtouren, Wasserskifahren am Inselsee Immenstadt, Surfen, Baden am See, Rafting auf der Iller (5 Gehminuten entfernt) und abends gemütlich Grillen und Chillen im Garten. Das Chalet ist ein behaglicher Platz für Paare und Familien und grenzt direkt an unserem alten Haus. Ausstattung: SW-Terrasse mit Gartenzugang, kleine Schlafkammer, großes Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche, holzverkleidetes Wohnzimmer vor Panoramafenster, mit separater runden Essecke ganz in Holz. Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.
