Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally, there is a boat building, but we have made it a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty which is deep enough for sailing boats as well. One can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Huset er fra 2001,arkitekttegnet og kledning i osp. Det ligger helt usjenert til, det er 200 m til nærmeste nabo og grenser til Raet nasjonalpark på Tromøya. Flere strender 5-10 min unna med bil. Det er 150 meter til båt-og badeplass fra huset. Huset er 5 min fra nærmeste butikk og under 20 minutter fra Arendal. (med bil) Det er 4 soverom, 2 bad og 8 ( en dobbelseng er 1,20, passer for 2 barn)sengeplasser. Det er kjøkkenhage og drivhus som må vannes, men det kan også høstes ...

Lovely cottage for rent. The house is newly renovated and appears clean, neat and modern - yet cozy and nostalgic. Here there are three bedrooms, sleeping alcoves and annex, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, TV and broadband. 5 minutes walk to the sea and beach, own boat space. Two parking spaces attached to the house. Large and great garden, with annex and football goal. New terrace April 2022.

Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need!
