The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Short distance to nice beaches and nature areas with hiking trails such as Buøya and Hove. 9.5 km to Arendal. Good bus connections from Eydehavn to Arendal. The area offers beautiful archipelago, clear water, possibility for water activities, boating and fishing. Arendal is a buzzing summer town, located on the waterfront with restaurants and cozy streets.

We rent out our Sørland house in idyllic and historic Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresque southern idyll with great views of Galtesund and Arendal. Two minutes walk to the ferry dock, where the charming passenger ferry "Kolbjørn" takes you to/from Arendal city center in a few minutes several times an hour. Nice bathing opportunities nearby and a short distance to pearls such as Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva etc. Charming and sheltered terrace and garden with sun from morning to evening. Perfect for fun on late summer evenings.

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms.
