There is also a double bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. Spacious patio by the house, good seating and gas grill. The house has its own jetty and boathouse with wood-fired saltwater boiler for disposal. The house is centrally located on Tromøya in Arendal with a short walking distance to both grocery store and bus stop with frequent departures to Arendal city center. It is about 10 min by car to Arendal. Good hiking areas in the nearby

Klarahuset

Original Sørland house from 1850. Significantly renovated in winter and spring 2019. The house was originally in another place, and was moved to the place it now stands in the 1900s. The house is full of charm that we have chosen to keep. Among other things, floors and walls are crooked. But the structure itself is straight. Windows are in the water, but parts of the living room and rooms are also. This means that you either love the house, or get annoyed by something. The floors have been sanded down to the original floors from the 1900s. The outdoor area has been upgraded with a patio.
