Cosy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boat house is best suited for two people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Sagesund er et idyllisk lite sted i Tvedestrandsfjorden. 10 min utenfor Tvedestrand sentrum. Hytta er opprinnelig fra midt på 1800 tallet, påbygget i 1992 og restaurert i 2020 og fram til 2024. Den har personlig sjarm og hyttas opprinnelige utrykk er forsøkt bevart. Eiendommen har en stor eplehage hvor barn og hunder kan boltre seg med lek og moro. Hagen/eiendommen er delvis inngjerdet. Spacious and newly renovated apartment in an older respectable detached house. The apartment is located on the 1st floor overlooking the jetty in Tvedestrand and a short distance to all the town's restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the city's water park which is open in season and free. The harbor is busy in the summer, and you have to expect to hear noise from the summer life :) The host lives on the 2nd floor, with one older child, two small children and three cats.
