Newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water to the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the house. Small boat harbour nearby, garden on the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Large airy apartment in new building. Bright and nice bedrooms along with living room and kitchen on loft floor. Tiled hallway and inviting ground floor bathroom. Centrally located on the beach property at Krøgeneskilen. There's a bus to the city about every 15 minutes. In a short walking distance from the apartment, Arendal's new pride is the bathing island of Løkholmen (see attached photos). There is a private trampoline, dinghy, jetty and beach on the property that is shared with the host family if we are at home. About 45 minutes drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Explore yourself and nature 💚

Cozy cabin on Tromøy with rowboat & jetty.

Cozy cabin in Skarestrand on Tromøy with its own rowboat and jetty that gives you the opportunity to experience RAET nature reserve and the archipelago. Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is located a few minutes walk (about 250 meters) from the lake and all facilities. The jetty is within walking distance, but you can also drive. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several beaches nearby. It is possible to rent a heated sauna right next to the cabin. Parking spaces are included.

Boathouse by the lake

Koselig båthus i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båthuset/leiligheten ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Båthuset er best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra mai-september. Kajakker er ikke tilgjengelig oktober-april.

Enjoy breathtaking sea views from this cozy apartment! Relax in the hot tub, up to 7 guests, available all year round. Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 and is separate from the main apartment (see photos). The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Let us know if anything is missing.

Family-friendly apartment on a jetty in Tvedestrand!

Spacious and newly renovated apartment in an older respectable detached house. The apartment is located on the 1st floor overlooking the jetty in Tvedestrand and a short distance to all the town's restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the city's water park which is open in season and free. The harbor is busy in the summer, and you have to expect to hear noise from the summer life :) The host lives on the 2nd floor, with one older child, two small children and three cats.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.
