Historic house with large park-like property on the outskirts of Arendal city center for rent during the summer holidays. We are a family renting out our beautiful house this summer. The property consists of a main house as well as several outbuildings, and can nicely accommodate, for example, two families who want to vacation together. In the main house there are 5 bedrooms, of which 3 are on the 1st floor and 2 in the attic on the 3rd floor In the old servant's house there are 2 bedrooms. There is electricity, but no water There are two cats living in the house

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

With an amazing view, this place provides a pleasant stay in the city. You will have your own lockable room and access to everything the property has to offer. The house is large and spacious, and has plenty of room for a bunch of super friendly people. The property is in the city which makes it central with very good public transport options. In summer, electric scooters can be rented from Volt. Public transport runs 4 times per hour.

Du kan oppevare mat i kjøleskapet og lage deg mat, kaffe eller te. Sengetøy og håndkle inkludert. Det er lystette gardiner og lås på rommet. Sengen er regulbar og veldig god. Badet ligger ved siden av rommet.
