The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely secluded, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 minutes from the nearest shop and less than 20 minutes from Arendal (by car). Velkommen til vårt sjarmerende hus på Sørlandet! Dette huset ligger rett ved sjøen og er det perfekte stedet for en stor familie som ønsker å tilbringe lange sommerdager sammen. Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Her kan du nyte båtliv, fiske eller bare slappe av ved vannkanten.

Great newer cottage (finished 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views over the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin area approximately 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city centre. There is a car road all the way up to the cabin and parking area 4 cars on the plot. Good hiking areas in nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3150 vines are planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A gorgeous property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.

HAMMERLIA 36 is a modern cabin that holds a full-year standard and is located about 100 meters from the sea. The cottage area has its own sandy beach with a barbeque area and a children's playground. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
