Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Discover this idyllic and beachside oasis nestled within the villa district in the western spa area. The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. In unserem idyllisch gelegenen Waldbungalow in Zinnowitz auf der wunderschönen Insel Usedom! In ruhiger Waldlage im Kiefernweg gelegen, bietet unser liebevoll eingerichteter Bungalow den perfekten Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber, Ruhesuchende und Strandurlauber. Unser Bungalow liegt mitten im Grünen, ca. 15 min. vom Ostseestrand entfernt. Genießen Sie ausgedehnte Spaziergänge durch den Kiefernwald oder entdecken Sie die charmante Seebrücke und die Promenade von Zinnowitz.

Forest villa house "Gustav" - Vacation home with sauna

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway by Birger&Silke. Best of all: this view! Enjoy the view of the Wolgast city silhouette and the Peenestrom from the huge terrace. In 10 minutes you can walk to the idyllic beach of the Peenestrom, by car in 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach of the island of Usedom, in 30 minutes to Greifswald. But of course, there is also a lot to discover in Wolgast. On foot or with our city bikes, which you can use for free.

Enjoy the simple life in our quiet and centrally-located apartment. The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town, all within walking distance in a few minutes - see photo. The Bäderbahn [bathing train] runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

Idyllic wooden house - Quiet location for families

If you want to relax after the stress of everyday life, enjoy your peace and quiet in nature, then you have come to the right place. The Mühlenweg is a quiet cul-de-sac with a 30 km/h limit. After a 20-25 minute walk through the forest, you will reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. This section of the beach is very quiet, a small insider tip, because you cannot reach it by car, but only on foot or by bike.
