My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). We pay a lot of attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green hydrogen), waste separation...

From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

We rent our attic apartment in the quiet district of Sentrup. Lake Aasee is within walking distance. Despite the urban location, it is very green. Instead of street noise, you hear birdsong. There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.
