The house was extensively renovated in 2020 and offers modern facilities. For guests with electric car there is the possibility to use a wallbox by arrangement.

In the garden you have several seating areas, which you are welcome to use. The approx. 45 sqm apartment has a bedroom, a livingroom, a kitchen and a dining area and an office room. Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.
