Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury vacation home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 minutes walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-3 people. The vacation home consists of a kitchen (15 m²) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m²) on the upper floor. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests. Parking, wallbox and bicycle stand on the property. Linen package and final cleaning included.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The Havinghus Uppe offers space for 6 people on approx. 100 square meters and has a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a bathtub. In addition, two parking spaces are available. After a busy day of vacationing, find peace and relaxation amidst a unique natural landscape.

The apartment is located at the end of the quiet Kneippstraße in Zinnowitz. An approx. ten-minute walk through the dune forest leads to the beach. The bungalow with about 40 m² has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, its own adjoining sun terrace, a separate kitchen, as well as a shower room. Wi-Fi and a parking space are provided. Bed linens and towels must be brought along. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out until 10 am.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
